摘　　要：中国实施缺陷汽车产品召回制度以来,有效减少了由汽车产品缺陷导致的安全事故,弥补了制度正式规则上的不足,并且显现出了一定的威慑力。为使汽车召回制度在实践层面更好的发挥作用,仍需不断强化汽车产品的伤害监测风险预警、缺陷调查确认、快速召回程序、召回效果评估等实施机制,来进一步完善这项后市场监管制度。Since the implementation of the defective automobile product recall system in China,the safety accidents caused by automobile product defects have been effectively reduced,the deficiencies in the formal rules of the system have been made up,and a certain deterrent force has been shown.In order to make the automobile recall system play a better role in practice,it is still necessary to continuously strengthen the implementation mechanisms such as injury monitoring and risk warning,defect investigation and confirmation,rapid recall procedures,and recall effect evaluation of automobile products to further improve this post-market supervision system.
