摘 要:数字化是智能制造的基础,智能制造是制造业数字化转型的主攻方向,智能制造的充分发展会引发制造业制造范式、企业形态和产业模式发生根本性转变,推动制造业实现数字化转型。本文以制造企业数字化转型典型案例及调研数据为基础,分析企业生产运营智能化等场景与实践,总结智能制造推动企业数字化转型的方法模式,提出以智能制造推动制造业数字化转型的场景、模式、路径和举措,为推动实现制造业高质量发展提供政策建议。Digitalisation is the foundation of intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. The full development of intelligent manufacturing will lead to fundamental changes in the manufacturing paradigm, enterprise form and industrial model and promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. Based on typical cases and research data on the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, this study analyses the scenarios and practices of enterprise production and operation intelligence, summarises the methods and modes of intelligent manufacturing to promote enterprise digital transformation, proposes scenarios, modes, paths and measures to promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry through intelligent manufacturing and provides policy suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
