摘　　要：目前在ECS-700系统中的控制逻辑有功能块图程序和梯形图程序,缺少顺序控制图程序。顺序控制图,即SFC,按照工艺操作步骤顺序编制程序,能够清晰地表达程序执行顺序和执行条件,相对于功能块图和梯形图程序,顺序控制图程序的可读性强、编程简单且不易出错、在程序中可以很直观地监视设备动作的先后顺序,排故维修非常方便。At present,the control logic in the ECS-700 system includes function block diagrams and ladder diagram programs,but lacks sequence control diagram programs.Sequence control chart,that is SFC,compiles the program according to the sequence of the process flow.It can clearly express the program execution order and execution conditions.Compared with the function block diagram and ladder diagram program,the sequence control chart program is highly readable,simple and easy to program without errors,the sequence of equipment actions can be monitored intuitively in the program,troubleshooting is also very convenient.
