摘　　要：血液灌流技术作为一种新型的血液净化治疗方法,在多种疾病的临床治疗中得到推广和应用,并取得良好的临床疗效;但由于目前灌流吸附剂种类的限制,其临床应用的适应证还存在较大的扩展空间。近年的研究显示,灌流吸附剂能清除炎症细胞因子,有望成为急危重症患者救治中用于阻断“细胞因子风暴”的有效疗法,可以避免重症患者病情迅速恶化而提高其存活率。本文将近年来血液灌流技术在各类急危重症治疗中吸附炎症细胞因子的应用进展进行综述。As a new method in blood purification treatment,hemoperfusion has been increasingly widely used in the clinical treatment of various diseases,and it has achieved good clinical efficacy.However,there is still a large potential for its expansion of clinical indication application area,due to the limitation of perfusion adsorbents.In recent years,it has been found that hemoperfusion adsorbents can be used to eliminate inflammatory cytokines,expecting that it may become an effective therapy to block the"cytokine storm",in turn avoid the rapid deterioration of disease situation and improve the survival rate of severe patients with acute critical illness.In this review,we present a summary of the resent research progress on the clinical application of hemoperfusion for the adsorption of inflammatory cytokines in the emergency treatment of various acute critical illnesses.
