摘　　要：国务院今年2月发布《“十四五”国家老龄事业发展和养老服务体系规划》,提出“十四五”时期要“进一步健全社会保障制度”“有序发展老年人普惠金融服务”和“拓宽金融支持养老服务渠道”等。面对日益严峻的人口老龄化形势,人民银行等金融管理部门指导金融机构全方位优化完善老年人金融服务,做到传统服务与智能服务两手抓,大力发展养老金融,有助于支持高质量养老体系建设,更好地帮助老年群体享受便捷高效的金融服务。本期“封面专题”以有温度的银发金融服务为主题,邀约人民银行金融消费权益保护局、中国互联网协会信息无障碍工作委员会、中国人寿研发中心、博时基金管理有限公司、中国银行上海分行,共同探讨如何运用金融科技赋能,构建符合老年客户群体需要的金融服务体系。In its promulgated Development of the National Cause for Senior Citizens and Planning of Old Age Support and Service System During the Period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the State Council clarifies the total requirements,objectives of development and work tasks of development of the Cause mentioned above.With Caring and Humane Financial Service Catering to Silvery Haired People as its subject,this column invites financial institutions to discuss how to employ fin-tech empowerment so as to do afore-said financial service.
