摘　　要：中层干部管理执行力的提升能够有效提升医院管理效能,助力医院又好又快高质量发展,进一步推进国家区域医疗中心建设工作。文章结合十余年医院办公室工作经验,聚焦中层干部“分清工作轻重缓急、加强团队建设、强化沟通协调、培养优秀意识、用心对待工作”五方面内容,论述提升医院管理执行力的策略方法,以供借鉴和参考。The improvement of middle-level administrators’executive ability can effectively improve the hospital’s management efficiency,help the hospital develop well and quickly with high quality,and further promote the construction of national and regional medical centers.Drawing on more than ten years of working experience in hospital administration office,the authors focused on five aspects of middle-level administrators’work,including prioritizing work,strengthening team building,enhancing communication and coordination,cultivating the awareness of being excellent,and treating work with heart,and expounded strategies and methods for improving hospital management and execution for reference.
