摘 要:为了将结构胶失效应用于整车性能的仿真,本研究设计完成了哑铃状试样拉伸试验、单搭接试验、三点弯曲试验、剥离试验和胶焊接头单搭接拉伸试验。以内聚力模型为基础,通过仿真试验对标,形成了一套可应用于整车性能仿真的结构胶失效参数以及仿真模型。将结构胶失效参数和仿真模型应用于安全带固定点强度仿真,对于固定点近距离范围内的结构胶失效模拟取得了较为合理的结果。In order to apply failure of structural adhesive to vehicle performance simulation,dumbbellshaped specimen tensile test,single lap test,three-point bending test,peeling test and single lap test of weldbonded joint were designed and completed in this study. Based on the cohesion model,a set of structural adhesive failure parameters and simulation model which could be applied to vehicle performance simulation were formed through simulation test benchmarking. The structural adhesive failure parameters and simulation model were applied to the strength simulation of safety belt anchorage,and more reasonable results were obtained for the failure simulation of structural adhesive within the close range of anchorage.
