摘 要:目前研究的节能建筑保温性能自动化测控系统测控实时性能力较差,导致测控结果与实际结果相差较大。为解决上述问题,应用BIM技术设计了一种新的节能建筑保温性能自动化测控系统,硬件结构主要设计了采集器、监测器和测控器,采集器强化了主控MCU的设计,引入新的单片机提高抗干扰能力,监测器加入多路开关,通过ERPOM提高监测性能,利用CAN总线设置测控器,确保测控过程支持多种协议。通过系统硬件实现管理功能、监控功能、预警功能以及其它附属功能。实验结果表明,基于BIM技术的节能建筑保温性能自动化测控系统能够在短时间内检测数据的保温性,提高检测过程的准确率,达到更好的节能效果。The current research on the energy-saving building insulation performance automatic measurement and control system has poor real-time measurement and control capabilities,resulting in a large difference between the measurement and control results and the actual results.In order to solve the above problems,a new energy-saving building insulation performance automatic measurement and control system is designed using BIM technology.The hardware structure mainly designs collectors,monitors and measuring controllers.The collectors strengthen the design of the main control MCU and introduce a new single-chip microcomputer.To improve the anti-interference ability,the monitor is added with multiple switches,the monitoring performance is improved through ERPOM,and the CAN bus is used to set up the monitor to ensure that the measurement and control process supports multiple protocols.Realize the management function,monitoring function,early warning function and other auxiliary functions through the system hardware.Experimental results show that the automatic measurement and control system for thermal insulation performance of energy-saving buildings based on BIM technology can detect the thermal insulation of data in a short time,improve the accuracy of the detection process,and achieve better energy-saving effects.
