血府逐瘀汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察血府逐瘀汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)下肢血管病变临床疗效。方法 将我院80例T2DM下肢血管病变患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例两组。对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗。观察组患者采用血府逐瘀汤+阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、空腹血糖(FPG)、2h餐后血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白%(HbA1c%)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)值及踝肱指数,足背温度。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c%值降低,观察组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c%值低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者TG、LDL值降低,HDL值升高,观察组患者TG、LDL值低于对照组,HDL值高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者踝肱指数、足背温度升高,观察组患者踝肱指数,足背温度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 血府逐瘀汤联合阿托伐他汀显著降低T2DM下肢血管病变患者血糖、血脂,提高下肢血管血流量,改善血管功能,疗效较仅使用阿托伐他汀显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and atorvastatin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with lower extremity vascular lesions. Methods Eighty patients with T2DM with lower extremity vascular lesions were randomly divided into two groups. Control group were treated with atorvastatin,while observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and atorvastatin. The curative effect,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin%(HbA1c%),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL)levels,anklebrachial index,dorsum of foot temperature were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the FPG,2hPG and HbA1c% levels of both groups were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);LDL level in both groups decreased,which was lower in observation group than control group,HDL increased,which was higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the ankle-brachial index and dorsal temperature of both groups increased,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and atorvastatin could significantly reduce blood glucose and blood lipids in T2DM patients with lower extremity vascular lesions,increase blood flow of lower extremities,and improve vascular function,and the curative effect is more significant than that of atorvastatin alone.
