曲安奈德注射液联合火针治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察曲安奈德皮损内注射联合火针治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床疗效。方法 将我院36例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为观察组与对照组各18例。对照组应用皮损内曲安奈德注射治疗,观察组应用火针联合皮损内曲安奈德注射。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前、治疗1个疗程、治疗后3周、治疗后7周温哥华瘢痕量表评分、北卡罗来纳大学瘢痕量表评分、皮损厚度,两组患者不良反应发率。结果 治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者温哥华瘢痕量表评分、北卡罗来纳大学瘢痕量表评分、皮损厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 与单纯皮损内糖皮质激素注射比较,皮损内糖皮质激素注射联合火针治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效显著,能降低皮损厚度,且未增加不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with fire needle in treating keloid. Methods Thirty-six patients with keloids were randomly divided into observation group and control group,18 cases each. Control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection,and observation group was treated with fire needle on the basis of control group. The differences of clinical efficacy,Vancouver scar scale score,University of North Carolina scar scale score,lesion thickness before treatment,1 course of treatment,3 weeks after treatment,7 weeks after treatment,and adverse reaction incidence rates of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the Vancouver scar scale score,University of North Carolina scar scale score and lesion thickness were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with intralesional glucocorticoid injection alone,fire needling combined with intralesional glucocorticoid injection has a significant effect on keloids,which can reduce the thickness of lesions and without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
