中药封包在旋动式流产术后镇痛的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察中药封包应用于旋动式流产术后镇痛的作用。方法 将我院200例旋动式流产术患者随机分为对照组与观察组各100例。对照组患者不采用镇痛药干预,观察组患者采用中药封包干预。比较两组镇痛疗效、阴道出血时间、首次月经恢复时间、腹痛评分、阴道出血量评分、子宫内膜血流分型。结果 治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者阴道出血时间、首次月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者腹痛、阴道出血量评分降低,且观察组患者腹痛、阴道出血量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者子宫内膜血流分型优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药封包应用于旋动式流产术后镇痛效果显著,能显著降低腹痛,促进子宫恢复,改善子宫血流状态。Objective To observe the effect of TCM bag on analgesia after rotary abortion. Methods A total of 200 patients with rotary abortion were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases each. Control group were not given analgesic intervention,and observation group were given TCM intervention. The analgesic efficacy,vaginal bleeding time,first menstrual recovery time,abdominal pain score,vaginal bleeding volume score,and endometrial blood flow classification were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the vaginal bleeding time and the first menstrual recovery time in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05);the abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding scores were decreased in both groups;the abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the classification of endometrial blood flow in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM bag can significantly reduce abdominal pain,promote uterine recovery and improve uterine blood flow,with significant analgesic effect after rotary abortion.
