补肾健脾方联合鲨肝醇对化疗后白细胞减少中医症候及G-CSF使用量的研究

摘　　要：目的 观察补肾健脾方联合鲨肝醇对化疗后白细胞减少(LAC)患者中医症及和集落刺激因子(G-CSF)使用量的影响。方法 将我院64例LAC患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例。对照组应用鲨肝醇,观察组应用补肾健脾方联合鲨肝醇。比较两组LAC患者临床疗效,治疗前、治疗1周、2周、3周后两组患者白细胞计数(WBC),治疗前后两组患者白细胞减少症分级、G-CSF使用例数、平均使用量。结果 治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者WBC高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者白细胞减少症分级均得以改善,观察组患者白细胞减少症分级改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者G-CSF使用例数、平均使用量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补肾健脾方联合鲨肝醇对LAC患者疗效优于仅仅使用鲨肝醇,升高白细胞速度较快且幅度较大,降低G-CSF使用率和平均使用量。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Recipe combined with batilol tablets on TCM symptoms and colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)consumption in patients with leukopenia(LAC)after chemotherapy. Methods Sixtyfour LAC patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each. Control group was given batilol tablets,and observation group was given Bushen Jianpi Recipe on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy,the white blood cell count(WBC)before treatment,1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after treatment,the leukopenia grade,the number of G-CSF usage cases,and the average usage before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the WBC of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the degree of improvement of hypoxia grading was better than that of control group(P<0.05);the number and average usage of G-CSF in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Jianpi Recipe combined with batilol tablets has better curative effect on patients with LAC than only batilol tablets,the increase of white blood cells is faster and larger,and the usage rate and average usage of G-CSF are reduced.
