摘 要:我国逐年增加新能源汽车产销量,并且逐渐增大市场保有量。在新能源使用和维修过程中需要保障高压安全性,而利用高压互锁系统可以提高汽车使用和维修的安全性,因此,新能源汽车维修人员需要掌握高压互锁系统的工作原理和维修方法,在实际工作中根据新能源汽车实际要求发挥出高压互锁系统的作用,及时处理故障问题,保障整体系统运行的稳定性。该文主要分析了新能源汽车高压互锁系统的原理,提出针对性的故障检修方法,为实际工作起到参考作用,推动我国新能源汽车产业可持续发展。China has increased the production and sales of new energy vehicles year by year,and gradually increased the market ownership.In the process of new energy use and maintenance,it is necessary to ensure high-voltage safety,and the use of high-voltage interlocking system can improve the safety of vehicle use and maintenance.Therefore,new energy vehicle maintenance personnel need to master the working principle and maintenance method of high-voltage interlocking system,play the role of high-voltage interlocking system according to the actual requirements of new energy vehicles in practical work,timely handle fault problems,and ensure the stability of the overall system operation.This paper mainly analyzes the principle of high-voltage interlock system of new energy vehicles,and puts forward targeted troubleshooting methods,which play a reference role for practical work and promote the sustainable development of China's new energy vehicle industry.
