摘　　要：为丰富年轻化和时尚化元素,当前汽车内饰配置彩色油漆零件日益增多,但当前的色差评价方式和质量控制体系尚属空白,给供应商单件质量控制和整车内饰色差控制都造成了困难。该文以上汽大众某车型为例,通过运用鱼骨图,分析影响汽车内饰彩色油漆零件色差的末端因素,得出五大要因,进而制定相应的措施,从而确保了汽车内饰彩色油漆零件的颜色质量。In order to enrich the elements of youth and fashion,the current automotive interior configuration of color paint parts is increasing,but the current color difference evaluation method and quality control system is still blank,which has caused difficulties for suppliers,single-part quality control and vehicle interior color difiference control.In this paper,a certain model of the above automobile Volkswagen is used as an example,through the use of fishbone diagram,the end factors affecting the color aberration of the color paint parts of the automobile interior are analyzed,and the five major factors are derived,and then the corresponding measures are formulated,so as to ensure the color quality of the color paint parts of the automobile interior.
