汽车电动燃油泵控制电路引起无法启动的故障检测及排除方法的分析

摘　　要：电动燃油泵是电喷发动机燃油供给系统的“心脏”,燃油泵控制电路主要用于向电动燃油泵提供工作电源,使其能够根据发动机运转的需要向燃油供给系统输送一定流量和一定压力的燃油。一旦该控制电路发生故障,使电动燃油泵不能运转或转速不足,必会造成发动机不能运转或动力不足。该文依据丰田卡罗拉电动燃油泵控制电路故障的实际案例,对汽车燃油泵的作用、类型、控制方式、常见故障进行介绍,并依据燃油泵控制电路进行故障检修流程及排除方法分析,接着在实车上进行了验证,以便较快地查出故障所在。The electric fUel pump is the“heart”of the fUel supply system of the EFI engine.The fiiel pump control circuit is mainly used to provide working power to the electric fuel pump,so that it can deliver a certain flow and a certain pressure to the fuel supply system according to the needs of the engine operation.of fuel.Once the control circuit fails,the electric fuel pump cannot run or the speed is insufficient,and the engine cannot run or the power is insufficient.Based on the actual case of Toyota Corolla electric fuel pump control circuit failure,this paper introduces the function,type,control method and common faults of automobile fuel pump,and analyzes the troubleshooting process and elimination method according to the fuel pump control circuit.lt has been verified on the device so that the fault can be detected more quickly.
