摘　　要：该文介绍一种用于商用车上带主动冷却装置的转向油罐,通过在传统普通转向油罐的底部增加电控风扇总成,油罐内置的温度传感器将油液温度信息传递给ECU控制模块,若温度达到或超过设定值,ECU向电控风扇下达工作指令,可以有效地控制转向系统温度,大幅降低转向系统中转向油泵的故障率,为处理转向系统高温提供技术支持。This paper introduces a steering oil tank with an active cooling device for commercial vehicles.By adding an electronically controlled fan assembly to the bottom of the traditional ordinary steering oil tank,the temperature sensor built in the oil tank transmits the oil temperature information to the ECU In the control module,if the temperature reaches or exceeds.the set value,the ECU sends a work instruction to the electronically controlled fan,which can effectively control the temperature of the steering system,greatly reduce the failure rate of the steering oil pump in the steering system,and provide technical support for handling the high temperature of the steering system.
