摘  要:高温氢蚀(HTHA)过程会导致材料开裂和脱碳,降低拉伸强度,有可能引起突发性灾难事故。但该过程早期引起的损伤尺寸较小,用既有NDT法检测难度大。全聚焦法(TFM)因其聚焦能力独特,对高温氢蚀过程产生的微观裂纹类小缺陷检出灵敏度较高。本文介绍TFM法用于承压设备氢损伤(氢致开裂和高温氢蚀)的检测示例,强调了技术参数的适当选择对获取良好检测效果的重要性。High Temperature Hydrogen Attack(HTHA) may lead to fissuring and decarburization of materials causing loss of tensile strength and can be the cause of a sudden catastrophic failure.But the damage caused early in the process is smaller in size, and it’s difficult to detect it with the existing NDT techniques.The Total focusing method(TFM),due to its unique focusing ability, has a high sensitivity to the detection of hazardous small defects such as microcracks caused by HTHA process.In this paper, the application cases of TFM technique in the detection of hydrogen damage(HIC and HTHA) in pressure equipment is introduced, emphasizing the importance of proper selection of technique parameters to obtain good detection results.
