摘 要:发动机结构复杂,易损零件多,其中活塞杆断裂容易引起严重事故。活塞杆故障分析一般是事后对活塞杆断裂部位材料进行金相分析,有必要利用无损检测方法对活塞杆进行提前检测。本文提出了采用涡流无损检测技术对活塞杆进行在线检测,设计了检测系统,通过现场试验验证了对活塞杆裂纹进行涡流检测的可行性,讨论了在实际现场应用可能面临的问题和安装方式,并设计了机械传动装置,实现了对活塞杆裂纹检测和硬度分选。The structure of engine is complcated and there are many parts that are easily worn out.Among them, the piston rod breakage can easily cause serious accidents.The failure analysis of the piston rod is usually carried out after the metallographic analysis of the material in the fractured part of the piston rod.It is necessary to use the non-destructive testing method to detect the piston rod in advance.This article has presented the eddy current testing(ECT) technique for piston rod online inspection.ECT system for piston rod crack is designed and the feasibility is verified by site tests.The possible problems and installation methods in practical field application are discussed.Mechanical drive device is designed for crack detection of piston rods as well as hardness sorting.
