摘　　要：基于多重制度逻辑视角,分析制度复杂性下中国职业足球俱乐部的发展困境,提炼多重制度逻辑影响下中国职业足球俱乐部的改革路径。研究认为,中国职业足球俱乐部面临政府逻辑、市场逻辑和社会责任逻辑的多重影响,而这些制度逻辑又存在不断变化着的复杂关系。面对由此生成的制度环境复杂性,俱乐部在“金元足球”潮起和消退后逐渐陷入发展困境,主要体现在中国职业足球俱乐部发展定位模糊、政府逻辑尚未充分发挥出对中国职业足球俱乐部的引导引领作用、多重制度逻辑压力下俱乐部趋向选择负面行动对策3个方面。未来,多重制度逻辑的影响依然存在且呈现动态变化趋向,中国职业足球俱乐部仍然面临着制度逻辑的相互博弈。因此,中国职业足球俱乐部的改革路径在于认知与解读多重制度逻辑存在和动态变化的宏观背景、政府逻辑实现与其他制度逻辑的协同发展、有效分置中国足球协会与中国职业足球俱乐部联合会的职能、俱乐部通过组织身份重构以应对多重制度逻辑的影响和压力。From the perspective of multiple institutional logics,the research analyzes the dilemma of China’s professional football clubs under the complex institutional system,and explains the reform path of China’s professional football clubs under the influence of multiple institutional logics. The study shows that China’s professional football clubs face multiple influences from the government logic,market logic and social responsibility logic. In the face of the system complexity,clubs have fallen into a mess after the“intoxication with luxury”,which is mainly reflected in the vague orientation of clubs and the lack of government logic to give full play to the role of China’s professional football clubs. Clubs tend to choose negative countermeasures under the pressure of multiple institutional logics. In the future,the influence of multiple institutional logics will still exist and change dynamically,and China’s professional football clubs will still face the complexity relationship between institutional logics. Therefore,the reform path of China’s professional football clubs lies in recognizing the background of the existence and changes of multiple institutional logics,the coordinated development of government logic and other institutional logics,and the effective separation of the functions of the Chinese Football Association and the Chinese Football League. Clubs should reshape their organizational identity to deal with the complexity caused by multiple institutional logics.
