摘　　要：介绍了二氟一氯甲烷合成反应机理及三氟甲烷在其生产中的形成过程,通过对二氟一氯甲烷生产装置中膜吸收塔尾气、有水酸塔顶等尾气收集并进一步精制、精馏,得到高纯度的三氟甲烷成品,同时可以进一步回收尾气中的二氟一氯甲烷成品,提高装置成品收率。The synthesis mechanism of difluorochloromethane and the formation process of trifluoromethane in its production were introduced. Through the collection, further refining and rectification of membrane absorption tail gas and aqueous acid tower tail gas in difluorochloromethane production unit, high-purity trifluoromethane finished products can be obtained. At the same time, difluorochloromethane finished products in tail gas can be further recovered to improve the yield of finished products of the unit.
