摘　　要：吉西他滨作为重磅级二氟核苷类抗癌药物,目前国内有许多企业对其进行仿制,并在其基础上进行研发。通过对其原研专利以及中国专利的分析,对吉西他滨的知识产权状况进行梳理,有助于国内相关企业对其知识产权现状有较为全面的了解。Gemcitabine, as an important difluoro mucleoside anticancer drug, has been imitated by many domestic enterprises and developed on its basis. Through the analysis of its original research patents and Chinese patents, the intellectual property status of gemcitabine was combed, which will help revelant domestic enterprises to have a more comprehensive understanding of its intellectual property status.
