摘　　要：恶性肿瘤一直是发病率及死亡率均较高且严重威胁人类健康的疾病。随着医疗技术水平的提高及科学研究的深入,肿瘤的治疗除了传统的手术治疗、放射治疗和化学治疗外,免疫治疗尤其是应用单克隆抗体治疗肿瘤因其显著的治疗效果已经引起广泛关注。单克隆抗体因其靶向的抗原不同,作用机制、治疗效果及副作用等都存在差异。本文主要依据靶向抗原的不同如免疫相关抗原、肿瘤细胞表面抗原及细胞因子等就单克隆抗体在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用进展进行综述。Malignant tumor has always been a disease with high morbidity and mortality and a serious threat to human health.With the improvement of medical technology and the deepening of scientific research,in addition to traditional surgical treatment and radiotherapy and chemotherapy,immunotherapy,especially the application of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of tumors,has attracted wide attention due to its remarkable therapeutic effect.There are differences in the signaling pathway,mechanism of action,therapeutic effect and side effects of monoclonal antibodies due to their different targeted antigens.In this paper,the application progress of monoclonal antibodies against the antigens such as immune-related antigens,tumor cell surface antigens and cytokines in tumor immunotherapy is reviewed based on the difference of targeted antigens.
