摘　　要：GBZ 112-2017《职业性放射性疾病诊断总则》发布实施替代GBZ 112-2002《职业性放射性疾病诊断标准(总则)》。本文就标准修订的意义、相关背景情况、重要指标的修订依据进行解析, 分别就诊断基本原则、诊断依据、剂量评估原则以及处理原则的确定予以详细说明。并对标准实行中某些问题提出建议, 减少标准使用中可能产生的误解和疑虑。The national standard"General Principles for the Diagnosis of Occupational Radiation Diseases"(GBZ112-2017)was issued and implemented to replace"General Principles for the Diagnosis of Occupational Radiation Diseases"(GBZ112-2002).In this paper,the significance of the new standard,the background of revision,the revision basis of important indicators and the matters needing attention in the application of the standard were interpretated in detail.Especially for the revision basis of important indicators,such as the determination of the basic principles of diagnosis,the diagnostic basis,the principle of dose evaluation and the principle of treatment are explained in detail,so as to avoid the possible misunderstandings and misgiving in the use of the standard.
