壮医药线点灸联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法:将60例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组29例予康复新液治疗,实验组31例在对照组的基础上加壮医药线点灸溃疡面。随访观察两组临床疗效。结果:实验组临床疗效总有效率为87.1%高于对照组(64.3%)(P<0.05)。治疗结束6个月内,实验组总复发率为22.6%低于对照组(42.9%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组溃疡疼痛指数降低,平均溃疡期缩短,实验组在缩短疼痛缓解时间、加速溃疡愈合等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:壮医药线点灸联合康复新液可促进复发性口腔溃疡的愈合,缓解疼痛,短期和长期疗效均优于单纯康复新液治疗,且安全性良好。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:Sixty patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Twenty-nine patients in control group were treated with Kangfuxin solution,observation group(31 cases)were treated with Kangfuxin liquid and moxibustion on ulcer surface with Zhuang medicine thread.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 87.1% higher than that of control group(64.3%)(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the total recurrence rate of the observation group was 22.6%,significantly lower than 42.9% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer pain index of the two groups decreased,the average ulcer period shortened,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the time of pain relief,ulcer healing and other aspects(P<0.05).There were no obvious systemic adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Kangfuxin liquid can promote the healing of recurrent oral ulcer and relieve pain,the short-term and long-term efficacy is better than the simple treatment of Kangfuxin liquid,and the safety is good.
