摘 要:目前,虽然百日咳发病率在很多国家都有反弹趋势,但百日咳疫苗仍是预防百日咳感染的最经济、最有效的手段。为了更好地应对百日咳疫情,开发新一代百日咳疫苗势在必行。现对国内外具有潜力的新型百日咳疫苗的研究进展、除铝佐剂之外的新型佐剂系统和新的疫苗免疫途径作一概述。At present,although pertussis has a tendency to rebound in many countries,the pertussis vaccine is still the most economical and effective means to prevent Bordetella pertussis infection.It is imperative to develop a new generation of pertussis vaccine in order to better control the incidence of pertussis.This article reviews the development of potential novel pertussis vaccines at home and abroad,as well as new adjuvant systems and emerging immune pathways in addition to aluminum adjuvants.
