新形势下农业科研单位科技推广服务的实践与思考——以北京市农林科学院为例

摘　　要：农业科研单位是我国农业科技创新的主要源头,又是农业科技推广服务的重要力量。近年来,北京市农林科学院不断创新科技推广服务工作方式方法,搭建起全院农业科技推广服务管理平台,形成了“1+3”农业科技推广服务工作机制,建立了“农业综合试验站、专家工作站、科技小院、示范基地”四极农业科技推广服务模式。文章立足北京市农林科学院的具体实践,对农业科研单位科技推广服务工作中存在的问题和对策进行了深入分析,可为新形势下农业科研单位开展科技推广服务工作提供很好借鉴。Agricultural scientific research institute is not only the main source of agricultural science and technology innovations,but also an important force of agricultural science and technology service promotion in China.In recent years,Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences had explored a new working method of science and technology service promotion,set up the service promotion platform,formed the "1+3" service promotion working mechanism,and built the four-pole model agricultural science and technology service mode,including comprehensive service experimental station,expert workstation,science and technology backyard,demonstration base".Based on the practice of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,the article also analyzed the problems and countermeasures of science and technology promotion service in agricultural research institutes,which could provide reference for agricultural scientific research institutes to carry out science and technology promotion service under the new situation.
