摘  要:针对兰州重离子加速器放射性束流线(RIBLL2)由于地基沉降等因素造成的传输效率较低问题,根据其上4块C型二极磁铁重量大、结构复杂、起吊困难等特点,设计了一套准直测量调节装置,对4块C型二极磁铁重新进行准直。同时利用SolidWorks三维软件建立其实体模型后导入ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元静力学分析,查看变形情况及应力分布,确保结构稳固可靠。现场准直调节结果表明,该装置结构紧凑、承载力大且操作简单,可作为一种工具应用于其他重型结构元件的准直调节。In view of the low transmission efficiency of the radioactive beam line RIBLL2 in the Lanzhou heavy ion accelerator due to factors such as foundation settlement, according to the characteristics of the four Ctype dipole magnets on RIBLL2, which are heavy in weight, complex in structure and difficult to lift, a set of collimation measurement adjustment device is designed to re-collimate 4 C-type dipole magnets. At the same time, SolidWorks 3D software is used to establish its solid model and then import it into ANSYS Workbench software for finite element static analysis to check the deformation and stress distribution to ensure the structure is stable and reliable.The on-site alignment adjustment results show that the device has a compact structure, high bearing capacity and simple operation, and can be used as a tool for alignment adjustment of other heavy structural elements.
