摘　　要：文章采用文献计量法、内容分析法及对比分析法对2015-2021年国内外在线健康社区用户信息行为的实证研究文献进行数据分析,并从知识共享行为、社交行为、持续使用行为及社会支持行为4个角度进行文献分析,得出对我国研究发展的启示,即推进“数据驱动”,关注专业用户,细化研究内容,完善研究体系。Using the methods of bibliometrics,content analysis and comparative analysis,the article makes a data analysis on the empirical research literature of user information behavior of online health communities at home and abroad from 2015-2021,and makes a literature analysis from four aspects of knowledge sharing behavior,social communication behavior,continuous usage behavior and social support behavior.It obtains the development enlightenment of domestic research:promoting the"data driven",paying attention to professional users,refining the research content,improving the research system.
