摘  要:双降膜吸收器是一种立式容器设备,通过立置吸收管内外壁分布的液体薄膜进行传热。对于规格较小的吸收器,该传热过程实现较为容易,但是对于长度近20000 mm,设备直径达3700 mm的立式吸收器,要在吸收管整个长度范围内实现内外壁液体呈薄膜状均匀分布较为困难。对设备筒体直线度,上管板、3块定位板、下管板4个元件管孔的同心度和装配平行度要求严格,同时,吸收管管头连接处和现场安装的倾斜度也是设备的关键控制点。对以上控制要点进行了叙述,并且阐述了具体实施方法和相关参数。The double falling film absorber was a vertical container device that transferred heat through a liquid film distributed on the outer wall of the built-in absorption tube.For the absorber with smaller specification,the heat transfer process was easy to realize.However,for the vertical absorber with a length of nearly 20000 mm and an equipment diameter of 3700 mm,it was difficult to realize the uniform distribution of liquid on the inner and outer walls in a thin film shape within the whole length of the absorption tube.For the straightness of the equipment barrel,the concentricity and assembly parallelism of the upper tube plate,3 positioning plates and the lower tube plate 4 components were strictly required.At the same time,the inclination of the connection of the absorber tube head and the field installation were also key control points of the equipment.The above control points were described,and the specific implementation methods and related parameters were described.
