摘　　要：介绍了称量法制备标准气体的原理、方法和制备过程中需要考虑的因素,并在此基础上研制了一种基于称量法制备标准气体的配气装置。用气相色谱仪对用该新型装置配制的标准气体进行压力均匀性和稳定性考察,其定值及不确定度均符合要求,该装置能提高配气效率达30%以上。The principle and method of preparing standard gas by weighing method and the factors to be considered in the preparation process were introduced.On this basis,a gas distribution device for preparing standard gas based on weighing method was developed.The pressure uniformity and stability of the standard gas prepared by the new device were investigated by gas chromatograph.The fixed value and uncertainty met the requirements.The device could improve the gas distribution efficiency by more than 30%.
