摘 要:目的 调查深圳市某三级甲等医院离退休医务人员积极老龄化现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2021年7—10月通过整群抽样法选取深圳市某三级甲等医院的141名离退休医务人员为调查对象,采用积极老龄化量表、社会支持量表和一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 深圳市某三级甲等医院离退休医务人员积极老龄化总分为(108.32±15.55)分,7个维度中自理能力维度得分最高,积极学习并融入社会维度得分最低。社会支持总分为(42.38±7.70)分,一般自我效能感总分为(29.13±5.97)分。不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职称、居住方式、睡眠质量、健康状况、月开支状况及家庭氛围满意度的离退休医务人员的积极老龄化得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。社会支持总分、一般自我效能感总分分别与积极老龄化总分呈正相关(r=0.566、0.686,均P<0.01)。年龄、职称、健康状况、月开支状况、社会支持及一般自我效能感是离退休医务人员积极老龄化的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 深圳市某三级甲等医院离退休医务人员积极老龄化得分处于中等水平。应重点关注高龄、职称低、健康状况差、月开支困难、社会支持水平低及一般自我效能感低的离退休医务人员。Objective To investigate the status quo of active aging among retired medical workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shenzhen City,analyze its influencing factors. Methods From July to October 2021,141 retired medical workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shenzhen City were selected by the cluster sampling method. They were investigated by using the active aging scale,social support scale and general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of active aging of retired medical workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shenzhen City was(108.32±15.55)points. Among seven dimensions,the score of self-care ability was the highest,and the score of active learning and integration into society was the lowest. The total score of social support was(42.38±7.70)points,the total score of general self-efficacy was(29.13±5.97)points. There were statistically significant differences in the score of active aging among the retired medical workers with different age,marital status,educational level,professional title,living mode,sleep quality,health status,monthly expenditure,family atmosphere satisfaction(all P<0.05). The total scores of social support and general self-efficacy were positively correlated with the total scores of active aging(r=0.566,0.686,both P <0.01). Age,professional title,health status,monthly expenditure,social support,general self-efficacy was the influencing factor of active aging among retired medical personnel(all P<0.05). Conclusions The score of active aging of retired medical workers in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shenzhen City is at a middle level. It is necessary to pay more attention to the retired medical personnel with old age,low professional title,poor health status,difficulty in monthly expenditure,low social support and low general self-efficacy.
