摘　　要：创新链产业链融合,关键是要确立企业创新主体地位。企业成为创新主体既是科技创新规律的必然要求,也是高质量发展和市场选择的应然逻辑。进入新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,实现高水平的科技自立自强和高质量发展,需要进一步强化企业创新主体地位,增强企业自主创新能力。通过在政策制度上确保、创新能力上体现、产业发展中支撑、文化建设上引领、开放网络中协同以及市场活力的激发,进一步提升产业链供应链水平,加快发展现代产业体系,推动我国社会生产力水平整体跃升,提高人民生活品质,实现自主、可控、安全下的高质量发展。The key on the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain is to establish the dominant position of enterprise innovation.Enterprises becoming the main body of innovation are not only the inevitable requirement of the law of scientific and technological innovation, but also the logic of high-quality development and market choice.To enter a new development stage, implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, and realize high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and high-quality development, it is necessary to further strengthen the dominant position of enterprise innovation and enhance the ability of enterprise independent innovation.By ensuring policies and systems, reflecting innovation ability, supporting industrial development, leading cultural construction, collaboration in open networks and stimulating market vitality, further improve the level of industrial chain supply chain, accelerate the development of modern industrial system, promote the overall leap of China’s social productivity, improve people’s quality of life, and realize high-quality development under autonomy, control and safety.
