川芎嗪联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠高血压综合征患者应用川芎嗪联合硫酸镁治疗的效果,为妊娠高血压综合征的临床治疗提供参考方案。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月滕州市中心人民医院收治的74例妊娠高血压综合征患者为研究对象,依据随机单盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合川芎嗪治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平、血浆黏度及治疗后不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组收缩压和舒张压均低于治疗前,且观察组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.4%,与对照组的8.1%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血浆黏度为(1.3±0.2)mPa/s,低于对照组的(1.8±0.2)mPa/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征疗效良好,能改善血压情况和血浆黏度,控制疾病的症状,出现不良反应发生情况较少,具较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the effect of ligustrazine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,so as to provide a reference scheme for the clinical treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 74 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome treated in Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group,with 37cases in each group according to the random single blind method.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure and plasma viscosity before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.4%,compared with 8.1%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity of the observation group was(1.3±0.2)mPa/s,which was lower than that of the control group with(1.8±0.2)mPa/s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine combined with magnesium sulfate was effective in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.It could improve blood pressure and plasma viscosity,control disease symptoms,and have less adverse reactions.It had high clinical value.
