摘　　要：目的分析肾内科护理人员对人文关怀的认识程度,为促进人文关怀护理质量提供帮助。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月天津医科大学第二医院肾内科护理人员20名作为研究对象,按照职称进行分组,将主管护师护理人员纳入观察组,护师及以下人员纳入对照组,每组10名。采用自制的调查问卷对肾内科护理人员人文关怀认识程度评分进行评价。结果肾内科20名护理人员人文关怀认识能力、护理工作中的态度、对患者的心理支持、沟通协调、环境营造5个维度得分均>75分,说明护理人员对人文关怀的认识程度较好。观察组人文关怀认识能力、护理工作中的态度、对患者的心理支持、沟通协调、环境营造评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科护理人员对人文关怀的认识程度较高,对工作态度积极认真,能够对患者给予全面护理与心理方面的支持,与患者交流融洽和谐,使患者在治疗过程中得到良好护理环境,有助于维持良好的护患关系。Objective To analyze the understanding degree of humanistic care among nurses in nephrology department,so as to provide help for promoting the quality of humanistic care.Methods A total of 20nursing staff in the Department of Nephrology of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from June2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to their professional titles.The nursing staff in charge of nursing teachers were included in the observation group,and those below nursing practitioner were included in the control group,with 10 people in each group.A self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the cognition degree of humanistic care of nurses in nephrology department.Results The scores of humanistic care cognitive ability,attitude in nursing work,psychological support to patients,communication and coordination and environment construction of 20 nurses in nephrology department were more than 75,indicating that the nurses had a good understanding of humanistic care.The scores of humanistic care cognition ability,attitude in nursing work,psychological support to patients,communication and coordination and environment construction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Most nurses in nephrology department had a high level of understanding of humanistic care,had a positive and serious attitude towards work,could give comprehensive nursing and psychological support to patients,communicate harmoniously with patients,make patients get a good nursing environment in the treatment process,and help to maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
