加速康复外科护理对结肠癌腹腔镜手术影响

摘　　要：目的观察加速康复外科护理对结肠癌腹腔镜手术患者的效果,为提升其临床护理效果提供参考。方法选取天津市第二人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月期间收治的行腹腔镜手术的结肠癌患者72例,按照护理服务内容的不同分为研究组和对照组,各36例。对照组接受手术普通护理,研究组接受加速康复外科护理,比较两组护理后住院时间、住院花费、导尿管留置时间、护理满意率和术后不良反应发生率。结果研究组导尿管留置和住院时间短于对照组,住院花费少于对照组;研究组护理满意率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%;研究组术后不良反应发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的27.78%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌腹腔镜手术患者实施加速康复外科护理,不仅可有效提升护理满意率,缩短住院和导尿管留置时间,减少住院花费,还可减少患者术后不良反应的发生,护理效果较为满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on colon cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,so as to provide reference for improving their clinical nursing effect.Methods Seventy two patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Tianjin Second People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different nursing services,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received general surgical nursing,and the study group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing.The hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,indwelling time of catheter,nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of indwelling catheter and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group;The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.44%,higher than that of the control group with 77.78%;The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 8.33%,lower than 27.78%in the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for colon cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery could not only effectively improve the nursing satisfaction rate,shorten the hospitalization and catheter retention time,reduce the hospitalization cost,but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions.The nursing effect was satisfactory,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
