摘 要:制备高固含量、低粘度的浆料是原位固化成型的关键。本工作研究了搅拌磨转速与时间等工艺参数对氧化铝浆料粘度的影响。结果表明,在75 rpm和150 rpm低转速下,浆料的粘度随球磨时间的延长而逐渐减小;而在300 rpm高转速下,浆料粘度出现先减小后增加的现象。通过研究分散剂类型、分散剂加入量、浆料固含量、粉体种类等因素对粘度的影响规律,发现粉体中镁离子是导致浆料高速搅拌球磨后粘度增大的主要原因。该结果对制备高固含量低粘度的陶瓷浆料,尤其是对浆料制备涉及粉体含杂质和添加烧结助剂具有指导意义。The preparation of high solids loading,low-viscosity slurry is a key point for in-situ solidification.In this work,the influence of the preparation process parameters such as the speed and time of attrition milling on the viscosity of alumina slurry was studied.The results showed that the viscosity of the slurry gradually decreased with milling time under a low milling speed of 75 rpm or 150 rpm.While,at a high milling speed of 300 rpm,the viscosity of the slurry first decreased and then increased.To clarify this phenomenon,the influence of dispersant type,dispersant content,solids loading,powder type and other factors on viscosity was systematically studied.It is found that magnesium in the powder is the main reason for the increase in viscosity of the slurry at a high milling speed.The present work is of guiding significance for the preparation of ceramic slurry with high solids loading and low viscosity,especially when powder containing impurities and sintering aids are involved.
