摘 要:本文以粉煤灰为主要原料,制备了水处理用陶瓷膜支撑体。结合物相组成、显微形貌研究了氧化铝掺量及烧成温度对粉煤灰陶瓷支撑体物理性能的影响。结果表明:当粉煤灰含量为80%,烧成温度为1300℃时,制备的粉煤灰陶瓷支撑体气孔率可达49%、抗弯强度可达23MPa、样品收缩率4.8%、孔径分布均匀、水通量性能表现优异,可作为水处理陶瓷支撑体使用。Ceramic membrane support for water treatment was prepared with fly ash as main raw material.Combined with phase composition and microstructure morphology,the effects of alumina content and sintering temperature on the physical properties of fly ash ceramic support were studied.The results show that when the fly ash content is 80% and the sintering temperature is 1300℃,the porosity of the fly ash ceramic support can reach 49%,the flexural strength can reach 23 MPa,the sample shrinkage rate is 4.8%.The sample has uniform pore size distribution and excellent water flux performance,which can be used as the support of water treatment ceramics.
