摘 要:考虑分时电价环境下,传统的价格激励方法在不同时段内具有相同的激励效果,引入弹性影响权重对需求价格弹性矩阵进行完善。定义了需求响应容量和速度相结合的响应潜力综合评价指标,提出了针对不同用电时段的用户响应潜力评价方法。基于改进的需求价格弹性矩阵,量化了4个居民公寓的响应潜力,分析了不同电价政策对其响应潜力的影响。算例结果证明了该方法的有效性。Under time-of-use pricing policy,the traditional price incentive has the same incentive effect in different time periods.The price elasticity matrix of demand(PEMD)is improved by using elastic influence weights.Besides,this paper defines the comprehensive evaluation index of demand response ability and based on demand response capacity speed,and proposes the evaluation method of user response potential for different power consumption periods.Based on the improved demand price elasticity matrix,the response potential of four residential apartments is quantified with analyzing the influence of different electricity price policies on response potential respectively,and an example shows the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
