摘　　要：目的:分析棓丙酯注射液联合无创通气在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月在我院接受治疗的82例急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,因治疗方式的差异将其分为参照组和联合组,每组41例。参照组给予无创通气,联合组在此基础上给予棓丙酯注射液,比较两组左室射频分数(LVEF)、脑尿钠肽(BNP)、生命指标、临床症状改善以及治疗效果情况。结果:治疗后,联合组LVEF水平高于参照组,BNP水平低于参照组(P<0.05);联合组呼吸困难程度评分、全身状况评分低于参照组(P<0.05);联合组临床症状改善率为95.12%,高于参照组的80.49%(P<0.05);联合组治疗有效率为95.12%,高于参照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。结论:棓丙酯注射液联合无创通气治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者,可有效缓解患者呼吸困难等症状,减少对心肌功能损伤,安全性及治疗效果较佳。Objective:To analyze the application effect of propyl gallate injection combined with noninvasive ventilation in acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the reference group and combined group due to differences in treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given non-invasive ventilation,and the combination group was given propyl gallate injection on this basis.The left ventricular radiofrequency fraction(LVEF),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),vital indicators,clinical symptom improvement and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of LVEF in the combination group was higher than that in the reference group,and the level of BNP was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The dyspnea score and systemic condition score in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the combined group was 95.12%,which was higher than the 80.49%in the reference group(P<0.05).The treatment response rate of the combined group was 95.12%,which was higher than the 80.49%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propyl gallate injection combined with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure can effectively relieve symptoms such as dyspnea,reduce myocardial function damage,and has better safety and therapeutic effect.
