摘　　要：目的:分析个性化健康教育对老年患者服用抗凝药物的影响。方法:选取我院2019年2月—2021年2月治疗的98例使用抗凝药物的老年患者,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用基础干预,观察组采用个性化健康教育,比较两组用药依从性、不良反应发生率、健康行为、抗凝药物相关知识了解程度。结果:干预后,两组用药依从性各维度评分、健康行为各维度评分、抗凝药物相关知识了解程度各维度评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.04%,低于对照组的16.33%(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育有助于提高服用抗凝药物的老年患者用药依从性,提升其对抗凝药物相关知识了解程度,促进健康用药行为养成,进而减少不良反应发生率,提高用药安全性。Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized health education on elderly patients taking anticoagulant drugs.Methods:A total of 98 elderly patients with anticoagulant drugs treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the drawing method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic intervention,and the observation group was treated with individualized health education.The medication compliance,incidence of adverse events,health behavior,and understanding of anticoagulant drugs in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of each dimension of medication compliance,health behavior and knowledge of anticoagulants in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.04%,which was lower than 16.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized health education helps to improve the medication compliance of elderly patients taking anticoagulants,enhance their understanding of anticoagulant-related knowledge,promote the development of healthy medication behavior,thereby reducing the incidence of adverse events and improving medication safety.
