摘　　要：目的:分析采用复方芦丁片联合米索前列醇片治疗产后出血的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月东西湖区第二人民医院收治的60例产后出血患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为参照组30例采用米索前列醇片治疗,研究组30例采用复方芦丁片结合米索前列醇片治疗。统计对比两组患者的临床疗效、出血量、止血时间和生命体征。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后24 h出血量及止血时间均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒张压、收缩压、心率及血氧饱和度均显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产后出血患者采用复方芦丁片结合米索前列醇片治疗,可快速止血,降低出血量,缓解患者生命体征,促进患者快速恢复,且不增加药物不良反应,用药安全性有较高保障,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of compound rutin tablets combined with misoprostol tablets in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients of postpartum hemorrhage who were treated in Dongxihu District Second People's Hospital were selected as the subjects.They were divided into reference groups(30 cases)with treatment of misoprostol tablets and study group(30 cases)with treatment of compound rutin tablets combined with misoprostol tablets.The clinical efficacy,bleeding volume,hemostasis time and vital signs of the two groups were statistically compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-h postpartum hemorrhage volume and hemostasis time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were significantly better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum hemorrhage patients are treated with compound rutin tablets combined with misoprostol tablets,which can quickly stop bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding,relieve the patient's vital signs,promote the rapid recovery of the patients,and do not increase the side effects of the drug,with high medication safety.It deserves clinical application.
