摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤内科护士护理晚期肿瘤患者的心理调适能力。方法:选取广东省韶关市粤北人民医院2020年1月-2020年12月在肿瘤内科工作的护士42名,采用随机数表法分为两组,各21名。对照组实施常规培训,观察组实施团队辅导。两组进行死亡态度描绘量表、护士工作压力源调查问卷、护士主观幸福感及职业发展需求调查量表评估。结果:干预后,两组死亡态度描绘量表评分低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组死亡态度描绘量表评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组护士工作压力源调查问卷评分低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组护士工作压力源调查问卷评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组护士主观幸福感及职业发展需求调查量表评分高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组护士主观幸福感及职业发展需求调查量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理晚期肿瘤患者的肿瘤内科护士存在心理波动,团队辅导有助于提高其心理适应能力。Objective:To explore the psychological adjustment ability of nurses in medical oncology in nursing patients with advanced tumor.Methods:A total of 42 nurses who worked in the Department of Medical Oncology from January 2020 to December 2020 in Yuebei People's Hospital of Shaoguan,Guangdong Province were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 21 in each group.The control group was given routine training,and the observation group was given team coaching.The two groups were evaluated with the Death Attitude Depiction Scale,the Nurses'Work Stressors Questionnaire,and the Nurses'Subjective Well-Being and Career Development Needs Scale.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the death attitude description scale in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the death attitude description scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the nurses'work stressor questionnaire in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the nurses'work stressors questionnaire in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the questionnaires on subjective well-being and career development needs of nurses in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the questionnaires on subjective well-being and career development needs of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical oncology nurses caring for patients with advanced tumor have psychological fluc
