摘　　要：总结1例腹股沟、会阴部坏死性筋膜炎患者的护理经验。患者应做好全身及伤口评估;严格消毒隔离,避免交叉感染;给予舒适护理,减轻疼痛,预防其他部位下肢静脉血栓发生;给予营养支持,增强抵抗力;对伤口及管道护理,做好延续护理,促使患者早日回归家庭和社会等,经过40 d精心护理,患者伤口好转出院。出院后门诊随诊及随访1年余,状况良好。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with inguinal and perineal necrotizing fasciitis.Patients should do a good job of whole body and wound assessment;strictly disinfect and isolate to avoid cross-infection;provide comfortable care to reduce pain and prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis in other parts of the lower extremity;provide nutritional support to enhance resistance;provide continuous care for wounds and conduit,prompting the patient to return to family and society as soon as possible.After 40 days of careful care,the patient's wound improved and was discharged from the hospital.After being discharged from the hospital,the patient was followed up in the outpatient department for more than 1 year,and was in good condition.
