摘 要:目的:分析综合性护理干预运用于新生儿黄疸护理中的临床效果及对生活质量产生的影响。方法:选取东莞市桥头医院2019年4月-2020年4月收治的80例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,依照“计算机表法”分为两组,各40例。参照组予以常规护理干预,分析组予以综合性护理干预。比较两组生活质量、临床表现及护理满意度。结果:分析组总体健康、精神健康、生理功能、情感职能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能及活力评分均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组退黄时间、首次排便时间及血清胆红素水平均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组护理满意度高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿黄疸护理中运用综合性护理干预的效果优于常规护理干预,且能够改善生活质量与临床表现,提升其护理满意度,是值得借鉴的一种干预方式。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of neonatal jaundice and its impact on the quality of life.Methods:A total of 80 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to Dongguan Qiaotou Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the"computer table method",with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the analysis group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life,clinical manifestations and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall health,mental health,physiological function,emotional function,physiological function,physical pain,social function and vitality scores of the analysis group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of jaundice,the time of first defecation and the level of serum bilirubin in the analysis group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice nursing is better than that of routine nursing intervention,and it can improve the quality of life and clinical performance,and enhance the nursing satisfaction,which is an intervention method worthy of reference.
