摘　　要：目的:分析社区对脑卒中高危者进行综合管理的效果。方法:对白云嘉禾街社区常住居民进行问卷调查,筛选出300例有脑卒中高危因素的居民作为研究对象,并给予综合管理1年,比较干预前后高危因素的变化情况。结果:经过对高危因素者进行综合性管理干预,各项指标评估后与干预前相比未达标人数明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且所有研究者干预后依从率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区筛选脑卒中高危因素人群,并进行综合管理,能够控制和降低危险因素,降低脑卒中的发生,对预防脑卒中的发生具有重要的作用。Objective:To analyze the effect of community comprehensive management on residents at a high risk of stroke.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the residents in the Baiyun District Jiahe Street community.A total of 300 residents with high-risk factors of stroke were enrolled as the subjects and given comprehensive management for one year.The changes of high-risk factors before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After comprehensive management intervention in the residents with high-risk factors,the number of people who failed to reach the standard of indicator assessment was significantly lower than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of all subjects was higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community screening of the population with high-risk factors of stroke and comprehensive management can control and reduce risk factors,reduce the incidence of stroke,thus having an important role in the prevention of stroke.
