摘  要:目的:研究3种不同的牙本质表面钻针处理方式对自酸蚀牙本质粘接耐久性的影响。方法:选择2021年3月-2022年3月航天中心医院已拔除的第三磨牙30颗,制得牙本质试件。将试件随机分为三组,分别使用牙体预备用金刚砂钻针、磨光用金刚砂钻针和牙体预备用钨钢钻针进行牙本质表面预备,并使用自酸蚀树脂粘接水门汀进行粘接,测量牙本质表面老化粘接强度,观察断裂模式。结果:钨钢组牙本质粘接强度(8.18±1.31)MPa高于两金刚砂钻针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与金刚砂钻针相比,钨钢钻针预备的牙本质表面与自酸蚀树脂粘接水门汀的粘接耐久性更强。Objective:To explore the effect of three types of dentin surface rotary treatments on the bonding durability of self etching dentin.Methods:From March 2021 to March 2022,a total of 30 extracted human third molars were selected in Aerospace Cernter Hospital to obtain dentin specimens.The specimens were randomly divided into three groups,and the dentin surface was prepared with diamond burs for tooth preparation,diamond burs for polishing,and tungsten steel burs for tooth preparation,and cemented with self-etching resin.The aging bonding strength of the dentin surface was measured,and the fracture mode was observed.Results:The dentin bonding strength of the tungsten steel group was(8.18±1.31)MPa,higher than that of the two diamond bur groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the diamond burs,the dentin surface prepared by the tungsten steel burs has a stronger bonding durability to the self-etching resin-bonded cement.
