成人左右侧股总动脉磁共振成像动态增强参数的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨成人股总动脉磁共振成像(MRI)动态增强参数是否存在侧别的差异。方法:选取2014年6月-2020年6月行盆腔1.5T动态增强MRI检查的92例患者,男45例,女47例。动态增强MRI原始数据经MR设备自带软件包进行图像后处理,绘制同一横轴面双侧股总动脉感兴趣区及时间-信号强度曲线,计算不同患者双侧股总动脉ROI的TIC增强信号强度达峰时间(ΔT_(max))、最大增强信号强度幅度(ΔS_(max)%)、3 min峰值信号强度下降幅度(ΔS_(3min)%)并进行统计学分析。结果:同一患者的左右侧股总动脉ΔT_(max)基本相同。男性组中同一患者的左右侧股总动脉ΔS_(max)%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左右侧股动脉ΔS_(3min)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性组中同一患者的左右侧股总动脉ΔS_(max)%和ΔS_(3min)%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:成人男性股总动脉ΔS_(max)%之间存在左右侧别的差异,其余股总动脉MRI动态增强参数无侧别的差异。Objective:To investigate whether there are differences in adult common femoral artery MRI dynamic enhancement parameters for different sides.Methods:From June 2014 to June 2020,92 patients who underwent pelvic 1.5T dynamic contrast enhanced MRI were selected,including 45 males and 47 females.The raw data of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI was processed by the MR equipment's software package for image post-processing,and the bilateral common femoral artery region of interest(ROI)and time-intensity curve(TIC)on the same horizontal axis were plotted.The peak time of TIC enhanced signal intensity(ΔT_(max)),the maximum enhanced signal intensity amplitude(ΔS_(max)%),and the 3-minute peak signal intensity decrease amplitude(ΔS_(3min)%)of the bilateral common femoral artery ROI of different patients were calculated,and finally statistical analysis was performed.Results:TheΔT_(max)of the left and right common femoral arteries in the same patient was basically the same.In the male group,the difference inΔS_(max)%of the left and right common femoral arteries of the same patient was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference inΔS_(3min)%was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the female group,there was no significant difference inΔS_(max)%andΔS_(3min)%of the left and right common femoral arteries of the same patient(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a difference inΔS_(max)%of the left and right common femoral arteries of male adults,however,there is no lateral difference in other MRI dynamic enhancement parameters of the common femoral arteries.
