摘 要:目的:了解肇庆市全人群风疹、百日咳抗体水平,为控制相应疾病、改善免疫策略提供科学依据。方法:分层随机抽取肇庆市4个县区2020年全人群血清标本240份,用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测风疹IgG抗体、百日咳IgG总抗体、百日咳PT-IgG抗体水平。比较风疹、百日咳抗体水平。结果:肇庆市2020年全人群风疹IgG抗体阳性率为74.58%,GMC为60.02 IU/mL;百日咳IgG总抗体阳性率为12.50%,GMC为22.43 IU/mL,百日咳PT-IgG抗体阳性率为0.83%,GMC为12.70 IU/mL。各县区人群风疹IgG抗体阳性率、百日咳IgG总抗体阳性率、百日咳PT-IgG抗体阳性率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。风疹IgG抗体阳性率在不同年龄段比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);人群百日咳IgG总抗体、百日咳PT-IgG抗体阳性率在不同年龄段比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肇庆市0~11个月龄组3个年龄段风疹IgG抗体阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.406,P<0.05)。结论:肇庆市全人群风疹抗体水平不高,百日咳抗体水平较低,应加强疫苗接种及免疫效果监测各项工作,采取针对性措施提高全人群防病水平。Objective:To understand the antibody levels of rubella and pertussis in whole population of Zhaoqing City,and to provide scientific basis for controlling corresponding diseases and improving immune strategies.Methods:A total of 240 serum samples from the whole population in four counties and districts of Zhaoqing City in 2020 were stratified and randomly selected.The levels of rubella IgG antibody,pertussis IgG total antibody and pertussis PT-IgG antibody were quantitatively detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The antibody levels of rubella and pertussis were compared.Results:The positive rate of rubella IgG antibody in whole population of Zhaoqing City in 2020 was 74.58%,and the geometric mean concentration(GMC)was 60.02 IU/mL;The positive rate of pertussis IgG total antibody was 12.50%,and the GMC was 22.43 IU/mL;The positive rate of pertussis PT-IgG antibody was 0.83%,and the GMC was 12.70 IU/mL.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of rubella IgG antibody,positive rate of pertussis IgG total antibody,and positive rate of pertussis PT-IgG antibody in different counties and districts(P>0.05).The positive rate of rubella IgG antibody was compared in different age groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of pertussis IgG total antibody and pertussis PT-IgG antibody in different age groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of rubella IgG antibody among three age groups of 0-11 months in Zhaoqing City was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.406,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of rubella antibody and pertussis antibody in the whole population of Zhaoqing City is not high.Vaccination and immune effect monitoring should be strengthened,and targeted measures should be taken to improve the disease prevention level of the whole population.
