摘 要:目的了解2021年甘肃省兰州市蚊类生态学分布及携带乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)情况。方法采用诱蚊灯法在兰州市各县(区)监测成蚊密度。使用特异性实时荧光PCR方法对采集的蚊虫进行JEV病原学检测。结果共布灯486次,捕获成蚊1798只,淡色(致倦)库蚊为优势种、占捕获总数的58.62%;公园蚊密度最高、平均成蚊密度8.95只/(灯·夜),其次为牲畜棚、平均成蚊密度5.33只/(灯·夜);蚊密度高峰出现在7—8月;检测100组1986只雌蚊JEV核酸,均为阴性。结论兰州市公园和牲畜棚蚊密度较高,但整体蚊密度不高,蚊传流行性乙型脑炎风险较低。Objective To understand the ecological distribution of mosquitoes and their carrying status of Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)in Lanzhou,Gansu province in 2021.Methods The density of adult mosquitoes was monitored with mosquito-lured lamp in all counties(districts)in Lanzhou city,and the etiological detection of JEV was carried out with the specific real-time PCR in the captured mosquitoes.Results A total of 486 lamps were set up,and 1798 mosquitoes were captured.The Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,and accounted for 58.62%in all captured mosquitoes.The mosquito density was highest in the parks,with the average adult density of 8.95/lamp night,and then in the livestock sheds,with the average adult density of 5.33/lamp night.The peak of mosquito density occurred from July to August.Totally1986 female mosquitoes were detected for JEV nucleic acid,and all of which were negative.Conclusions The mosquito density was high in parks and livestock sheds in Lanzhou city,but the overall mosquito density was not high,and the risk of Japanese encephalitis transmitted by mosquitoes was low.
