摘  要:采用全桥软开关技术的脉冲充电电源是高压脉冲功率技术的重要组成。但是,在负载电容较小、分布电容不可忽略的情况下,传统的串联谐振(只考虑串联谐振电感、电容)拓扑电路会导致充电时间变长、谐振频率变慢,使开关管工作在非软开关状态下,长时间易出现损坏。根据实测的分布电容值C_(p),从串并联拓扑电路出发,合理选取谐振电感L_(r)、谐振电容C_(r),对脉冲充电电源进行仿真分析和工程设计。所设计电源充电时间满足要求,且开关管一直工作在软开关状态下。最后通过实验对串并联谐振充电电源进行验证。The pulse charging power supply with full bridge soft-switching technology is an important component of high voltage pulse power technology.However,in the case that the load capacitance is small and the distributed-capacitance cannot be ignored,the traditional series-resonant(only the series-resonant inductor and capacitor are considered)topology circuit will lead to longer charging time and slower resonant frequency,making the MOSFET easy to be damaged when it works in the non-soft switching state for a long time.According to the measured capacitance value of the C_(p),starting from the series-parallel topological circuit,resonant inductance L_(r),resonant capacitance C_(r),and pulse charging power supply for the simulation analysis and engineering design are selected.The power supply charging time is according to the requirements,and the MOSFET is really working in the condition of soft switch.At last,the series-parallel resonant charging power supply is verified through experiment.
